Erik Wilson (Erik Wilson and Associates, PLLC)
Erik was born in Houston, Texas and has been in the auto industry in different capacities for over 15 years. He attended Pepperdine University where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in International Business while working part time in leasing and finance at Lamborghini Beverly Hills. He’d later move back to Texas and attend law school at the University of Texas while working for the State of Texas as an attorney in different capacities. With his continued success he was offered a job as General Counsel for a local holding company focused on the Auto Industry. This job showed him the need for dedicated counsel in the Auto Industry specifically and fueled his passion to form Erik Wilson and Associates to cater to this need and other legal issues.
Susan White & Brandon Starling (Shackelford, Bowen, McKinley & Norton, LLP)
Susan White has represented franchised new car dealers, recreational vehicle dealers and independent car dealers since 1995. The focus of her practice is the representation of franchised new car and truck dealers, principally in relations with new motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors. Susan’s practice also includes aviation insurance defense.
While representing his clients in a wide-range of litigation issues, including contracts, construction, real estate, employment, banking, premises liability and collections, Brandon’s goal is to successfully achieve results in the most cost-effective, but aggressive manner possible. Brandon has been involved in successful litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas, and has also successfully argued and briefed cases before the appellate courts in the State of Texas.
Carlos Miranda (Miranda and Maldonado Law)
Carlos A. Miranda is a Partner in Miranda & Maldonado P.C. Mr. Miranda was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and is a Naturalized United States Citizen. Mr. Miranda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and History from Trinity University (San Antonio, Texas) in 1988. Mr. Miranda earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Texas Tech University in 1991.
Mr. Miranda has been Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy since 2000 and Consumer Bankruptcy Law since 1997 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Miranda practices in the fields of Business and Family Immigration, Business and Consumer Bankruptcy, and Commercial Litigation focusing on representing Credit Unions, Landlords, and Small Businesses in collecting delinquent accounts.
