Anthony Caldwell (You Drive Auto – Dallas)
Tony started his journey as a BDC agent at a franchise dealership in 2010 and quickly moved up the ladder to become the Finance Director. His extensive knowledge, willingness to learn, adapt and overcome adversity quickly led to his venture to become a partner in a rapidly growing organization, You Drive Auto, Tony where has led the charge in the take over and rebuilding of various locations in three states, including those in Austin and Dallas.

Jason Gregory (Abilene Used Car Sales – Abilene)
Jason has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is currently the General Manager of Abilene Used Car Sales, a dealership that has been in business since 1991. They have one location and one recon facility.

Deyla Lazo (Dario Auto Sales – Grand Prairie)
Deyla Lazo, a dedicated professional with over two decades of experience in the auto sales industry, is a prominent figure as the General Manager of Dario Auto Sales. Her parents immigrated from El Salvador to pursue their dreams, and this is where her story begins. As Deyla continues to grow her father's legacy, which began in 1997, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach and maintaining its reputation for exceptional customer service. With her extensive knowledge and unwavering commitment, Deyla continues to drive Dario Auto Sales to new heights.

Greg is the CEO of Chacon Autos and represents the 3rd generation of family ownership. He brings two decades of auto industry experience and has worked in nearly all aspects of auto lending including new, used, indirect, and BHPH. In the past, he has served on a variety of boards serving the automotive industry and within the San Antonio community.
