Kathrine Tolsch (CICO Auto Sales – Dallas)
Kathrine began her professional career as an accountant with an international accounting firm where she transitioned into human resources, specifically recruiting, training and budgeting forecasts. She later spent 8 years with a national placement company as the Regional Operations Manager over eight locations. She eventually joined her family in the car business in Dallas making her a 3rd generation dealer. Upon the passing of her father in 2003, she took over the family business and ran it through 2020. During her years as a dealer, she served on the TIADA Board of Directors for 10 years, including the roles of President and Chairman of the Board. She was actively involved in lobbying the legislature in Austin, TX and Washington, DC and received the TIADA Dealer of the Year recognition award in 2012.

Greg Zak – (Dixon Motors - Houston)
As President of Dixon Motors since 1998, Greg Zak oversees all financial aspects of the company including banking, accounting, inventory acquisition, and general management. Greg is the past president of the Houston Independent Automobile Dealers Association, the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association, the Community Auto Finance Association, and currently is Vice President of Region 3 for the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and a member of the TxDOT Motor Vehicle Regulatory Advisor Committee. He was named the Texas Quality Dealer of the Year in 2011. Prior to an automotive career Greg spent 14 years in banking and 4 years as a CFO for an oil and gas company.

Paul Scott (Fiesta Motors - Lubbock)
Paul started in the automotive business in 1979 as Finance Manager and later General Sales manager of various franchised dealerships. He started Fiesta Motors in 2001 and ran it along with the franchise stores for 14 years then left the franchise operation to focus on Fiesta Motors. Paul has been a member of the TIADA Board of Directors and has served in various committees, including being the INDEPAC chair. He was named the Texas Quality Dealer of the Year in 2019. In August 2018 Paul was appointed by Governor Abbott as the independent dealer representative of the TxDMV Board, a position he is still currently serving.

Jeremy S. Lurey, Ph.D.
Dr. Jeremy Lurey is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group. With 25 years of progressive experience as a consultant, Jeremy is a talented family advisor and business coach who helps his clients identify their key objectives and take the necessary actions to achieve those personal and professional goals. From Strategic Planning to Succession Planning, he excels at supporting Baby Boomers transitioning into retirement and their NextGen successors accepting increased leadership responsibilities. With a passion for enabling established families to transition their businesses to the next generation, Jeremy frequently presents at professional conferences and seminars. He has also authored several publications on change management, organization development, leadership excellence, succession planning, Board governance, and family business.

Jeremy holds both MS and Ph.D. degrees in Organizational Psychology. Before joining FBCG, Jeremy worked at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Andersen Consulting. He also managed his own coaching and consulting practices, where he served clients ranging from families of significant wealth to mid-market companies to Fortune 500 corporations.
