Greg Bissonnette (Coast to Coast Motors – Houston)
Greg Graduated law school in 2010. Worked in oil & gas in the WV/PA/OH region for a few years. Later moved to Dallas, first working in BHPH financing and then moving to the dealership side, working as in-house counsel Chief Compliance Office for Coast to Coast Motors and affiliated companies for nearly four years. He designed Coast to Coast’s Compliance Management System and is currently implementing new safeguards processes and procedures.

Amber Guerra (Midtown Motor Co. – San Antonio)
Amber is the Director of Operations for Midtown Motor Company which she joined in 2012 and her role as Compliance Officer allows her to create relationships with the customers, team members, and vendors to keep everything running like a well-crafted machine. Decisive and driven, she enjoys managing the many different parts of the operation and loves that all team members are fully empowered with the ability to advocate for the customer and the company. Amber believes that to succeed, you need to show up, work hard, and go above and beyond. Anyone who knows her will tell you she does that every day.

Armando Villarreal (McAllen Auto Sales – McAllen)
Armando is the founder and CEO of McAllen Auto Sales since 1995. He has grown the business from a one-man operation to a flourishing business with 33 employees and 3 locations. His current responsibilities include maintaining a steady inventory of cars and making sure his employees stay in compliance. He believes in the importance of compliance because no amount of business experience or car sales will keep a business going if the lack of compliance shuts down the business.
