Bob Parnas
Bob is a partner with CliftonLarsonAllen specializing in Dealership and Buy-Here-Pay-Here assurance, tax and consultation.
With his 30 years in public accounting serving closely held businesses and their owners, Bob has a keen understanding of the challenges that small and medium size businesses face every day. Bob has extensive experience in planning and problem solving in many facets of today’s complex financial landscape. He performs principal level supervision of financial statement audits, review and other attestation type engagements, as well as, tax and consultation services, predominately in the Buy-Here-Pay-Here Industry.
Bob joined Davis, Keller & Wiggins, which was subsequently merged into LarsonAllen in 2008. Upon joining Davis, Keller & Wiggins in 1994, Bob focused primarily on dealerships, later transitioning to predominately buy-here-pay and related finance company operations in 2002 serving their owners and related businesses. As such, he has a keen industry understanding of the unique business and tax needs of buy-here-pay-here operators and related finance companies and automotive dealers.
Bob has written articles for Automotive News, Automotive CFO and Controller monthly newsletters, Auto Dealer Monthly, the Dealer Business Journal, Used Car News, Effect magazine and firm E Flash internal newsletters.

Mike Dunagan
Mike Dunagan is the attorney that Texas motor vehicle sellers and lenders turn to when issues and questions arise. His work on vehicle topics over the last four decades puts him in a unique position to assist his clients. He has written hundreds of articles that have appeared in the independent dealers’ trade association journal, has spoken at dozens of seminars, conventions and workshops around the country, and has published two books on vehicle-finance topics. Mr. Dunagan’s two books, Texas Automobile Repossession: a Lien Holder’s Legal Guide and Dealer Financing of Used Car Sales, have been must-reads for generations of car creditors. Mr. Dunagan has also been involved in the legislative process, drafting legislation and lobbying on behalf of dealers and lenders. For 45 years Mr. Dunagan has been counsel to the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association.
