The number one enemy of vehicle fraud, Sergeant Darren Schlosser is back to train dealers on how to identify fake IDs, counterfeit pay stubs, fabricated utility bills and much more. When you’re trying to help a customer get financing make that sure the customer is who they say they are by having good sound practices in place. Auto and catalytic converter theft is on the rise, this session will also include techniques to help address physical security at your lot. Sergeant Schlosser travels the state training law enforcement officers on how to combat auto theft and vehicle fraud, today he is here to train you.

TxDMV Director of Motor Vehicles, Monique Johnston will discuss the process for dealers to request additional tags from TxDMV.
